How do I know what size I am?

We have added a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from dirtyhookerfishing.com. Because sizing and cut will vary between fabrications and styles please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales.

Which credit cards do you accept?

dirtyhookerfishing.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. 

I received an error when placing my order, what do I do?

Check that the billing address entered matches exactly what your bank has on record as your address. If you still have trouble, it is possible that your bank has placed a hold on the purchase until you verify that your purchase was intentional. Contact your bank. If you have any other questions at all, please contact customer support at 941-244-0628. We are happy to help!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently, only Florida residents are required to pay sales tax.

Can I make changes to my order?

In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.

Does Dirty Hooker Fishing offer personalization?

No.

How accurate is the color display?

PC Monitor Color Disclaimer: Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. The colors on your computer monitor may appear differently than the actual products due to a variety of monitor settings.

How is my order shipped?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been accepted.  Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you think you haven’t received your confirmation email.  All orders are ship via USPS Priority Mail to your specified address. You will receive shipping & tracking information once your package is on its way to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will make every effort to process your order within 2-5 business days upon receipt, and USPS Priority shipping takes 3-5 days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time of 2-5 business days (Monday- Friday) for the warehouse to prepare your order is separate then the shipping time. So please do not expect your order to arrive in 2 days if shipping priority. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to shipping service delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to most locations currently.  There is a flat International shipping fee of $50.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

*Please be sure to include a note with the returned items if an exchange is to be made, including a product description and size. We allow 30 days from order date for returns or exchanges. 

 When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned merchandise is received by our warehouse, your refund is submitted within 1-2 business days.

Please note that it can sometimes take several weeks for your bank to apply the refund to your account. 

Can you offer wholesale pricing?

We currently only offer wholesale pricing to our wholesale partners.  Do you own a store that would like to carry Dirty Hooker Fishing Gear?  Head over to www.dirtyretailer.com and apply to be a Wholesale Vendor

Do you have an affiliate program?

We do not offer an affiliate program currently, but we do have a Brand Ambassadors Program.  If you are interested in our Brand Ambassador Program get a hold of us one of our Social Medium platforms and tell us a little about yourself.  If it is a good fit, we will respond with the next steps to take.

Where do I enter my discount code?

At checkout you will be asked if you have a promo code, simply type in the code and hit apply. 

When purchasing on our website we allow one discount per order. If you are purchasing gear already on sale or a combo deal, you will not be able to apply a discount code at checkout.  

The wrong order was shipped to me by mistake?

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time and correct, but mistakes sometimes happen.  Simply email your order number and description of what was received to info@dirtyhookerfishing.com 

Are there any Dirty Hooker retailers near me?

Can I print the logo for on an item not currently offered? Can I make my own decals?

Without written permission from DH owner, production of any DH artwork is strictly prohibited and will have legal repercussions. We spend a lot of time and money on our intellectual property and strongly enforce Trademark Violations. 

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

We do not offer discounts for bulk orders
