At Dirty Hooker Fishing Gear, we want you to love your gear as much as your time on the water. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Need a Different Size?

No worries. Sometimes the fish are bigger than expected, and sometimes the shirt size isn't.

Send us an email at info@dirtyhookerfishing.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead.

You'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us, but once we receive it and confirm it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, we'll ship your replacement out at no additional charge.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Merchandise must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

• Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

If you created a Dirty Hooker account when placing your order, simply log in and start your return directly from your order history. Select the item you'd like to return or exchange and follow the prompts.

It's quick, easy, and gets you back on the water faster.

If you checked out as a guest, just send us an email at info@dirtyhookerfishing.com and include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you'd like to return

• The reason for the return

• Whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit

We'll get you pointed in the right direction.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued for the merchandise purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Nobody likes receiving the wrong gear.

If something arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dirtyhookerfishing.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

If the mistake was ours, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.
